Anthony Rossi, MD
Anthony M. Rossi MD, FAAD, is a board-certified dermatologist with fellowship training in Mohs Micrographic Surgery, cosmetic and laser surgery, and advanced cutaneous oncology at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Weill Cornell Medical College program. Anthony specializes in skin cancer surgery, cosmetic dermatologic surgery, and laser surgery. He has published extensively and presents internationally on this work. He has been quoted in many national publications and media outlets.
He specializes in cosmetic dermatology in oncologic patients. He has been studying quality of life in cancer patients and the cosmetic and quality of life effects of treatment. He conducts cutting edge research on the use of non-invasive imaging of the skin as well as non-surgical treatments of skin cancer. Anthony actively utilizes reflectance confocal microscopy to help delineate borders of melanoma or nonmelanoma skin cancers before surgery or to guide non-surgical treatments, such as laser ablation of skin cancer. Other clinical interests include PRP for hair regeneration as well as genital malignancies in men and women.
He has published multiple book chapters and reviews on surgical dermatology, skin cancer, and cosmetic dermatology. Additionally, Anthony is active in the dermatologic organizations and is a board member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. He continues to advocate for patients and medicine. He has worked internationally and uses teledermatology to continue connections.
