Dr. Bhanusali is a board-certified Dermatologist based in NYC. After being accepted into medical school at 17, he completed his studies at the Michigan State University Medical Scholars Program where he was also awarded the Spartan Scholarship and Arthur L Foley Memorial Scholarship. In 2019, Dr. Bhanusali was selected as a Distinguished Scholar- Alumni of the Year for Michigan State University. He went on to complete his Dermatology residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC. In 2020, he was awarded the “Patient Care Hero” award by the American Academy of Dermatology for his work treating scars.
In his young career, Dr. Bhanusali has built numerous digital health companies in hopes to better the world. While in residency, he launched Health Digital, a company Forbes said could “Revolutionize health care innovation.” Subsequently he built HairStim Labs, a company Cosmopolitan tapped as one of their favorite options for receding hairlines, Skin Medicinals, a platform featured in Allure and Business insider to improve the access of medications and save healthcare millions of dollars, and AIRE Health. He also serves as an advisor in Ephemeral (a tattoo startup), Folllica bio, and other various ventures. Dr. Bhanusali is active in the skincare world, noted as the “King of Formulation” by Elle Magazine and Forbes. He was also selected as part of Allure’s “A-List”- 8 individuals changing driving and shaping beauty. He formulated Fast Beauty Co., Amazon’s first skincare line, as well as 86 Elm, a project by Martha Stewart. He serves as the Dermatologist-in-residence for Rhode, a skincare brand by Hailey Bieber. He has served as consultant for brands such as P&G, Neutrogena, Skin Ceuticals, Cerave, EltaMD, Skin Medica, and others, while the research division of his conducts research studies around ingredients and products. Most importantly, Dr. B continues to practice at his office in Hudson Yards (Hudson Dermatology & Laser Surgery) where he serves his patients. Called “the office of the future” by Haute Living, his dermatologic work and pro-bono efforts have been featured in outlets like People magazine, Daily Mail, ABC News, Fox, and more. |
