​Abstract submission fee: $500 per abstract
​Resident/Fellow Abstract submission fee: $50 per abstract.
One author is required to register for the symposium. All authors must disclose financial relationships.
​Notification date of approval: 72 hours from submission

​Word Limit: maximum of 450 words. The 450-word count does not include authors, titles, affiliations, disclosures, etc.
​​Encore & Published Posters: are permitted
Brand names or trademarks: only generic names
​Language requirement for the abstracts: English
Figures & photos: are not to be included in the submission
Author/Company limit for abstracts: there is no limit on the number of abstracts submitted

​Embargo Rules: Abstract content will be embargoed until the first day of the MOA symposium, at which time the appropriate abstract information will be posted on the conference app and on the MOA website at www.moasandiego.org.

All posters and abstracts will be available to all participants on the conference app and the MOA website until Friday, February 1, 2026.
