Dr. Vince Bertucci is a world-renowned, award-winning, board-certified dermatologist, author, researcher, and teacher. He completed residencies in both Dermatology and Internal Medicine at the University of Toronto, followed by a fellowship in Dermatologic Surgery. He currently runs a dermatology group practice just outside Toronto, Canada.
As an engaging teacher and globally renowned thought leader in cosmetic dermatology, Dr. Bertucci has been an invited speaker at hundreds of meetings around the world, demonstrating and teaching on topics such as advanced facial assessment and aesthetic injection techniques. Additionally, he has directed the ASDS Advanced Injectables course for many years, as well as other aesthetic dermatology courses. He believes that it is only by combining the science and art of medicine that we can achieve truly natural, harmonious, and aesthetically pleasing results that delight our patients. Dr. Bertucci was honoured to receive the President’s Award from the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS), as well as awards from the Canadian Dermatology Association (CDA) for his many contributions to the specialty. He holds multiple leadership roles including President of ASDS, Co-Director of the University of Toronto Dermatologic Laser Surgery and Aesthetic Dermatology Fellowship, and Chair of the AAD Membership Committee. Previous positions have included President of the CDA, and Co-Director of Undergraduate Dermatology at the University of Toronto. As an avid clinical researcher, Dr. Bertucci helps design and has participated in multiple clinical trials, including pivotal trials that have resulted in novel products being brought to market. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications that have had significant impact in clinical practice, as well as multiple book chapters, and he is a contributing editor to multiple journals. |
